ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION
Accounts & Subscriptions
First check your account and where your subscription came from, then move on to device transfers and client installation.
What do I need to create an account?
No email address is required—just a username and password. Create your account in the user panel, then save your credentials somewhere secure rather than relying solely on browser autofill. Use the same account to view your account details, plan status, and subscription. If you can’t log in, check your keyboard input, letter case, and any spaces copied by mistake. Make sure you aren’t using credentials for another website. For account issues, contact support through an available option in the panel. Never include your password or full subscription link in a support ticket.
How do I import and update my subscription link?
Sign in to the user panel and get your subscription from the account overview. Then import it from the subscription or configuration section of your client. You should see a list of routes after importing; choose one and connect. To refresh it, update the existing subscription entry and check that the list loads correctly. There’s no need to repeatedly create configurations with the same name. If the subscription address in the panel has changed, use the latest address shown there to replace the old one in your client. Your subscription link contains account credentials, so don’t share it in public screenshots, group chats, or online link-checking tools.
Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices?
VPNMH allows unlimited devices to be connected at the same time, so switching devices alone doesn’t require a new plan. Sign in to the same account on the new device, get the client for that platform, and import your subscription. You can keep the configuration on your old device if you still use it. Keep an eye on your plan’s data allowance: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. When retiring an old device, sign out and remove any saved subscription configuration. If you think someone else has obtained your subscription, use the available options in the panel or contact support through a ticket.
Where can I get the client, and do I need a paid plan first?
Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Download them from the user panel; installation files and active subscription links aren’t provided directly on marketing pages. Except on iOS, you can get the client after signing in without a paid plan. Sign in to get your subscription, then check that your plan is active and data is available before connecting. The iOS download option depends on the active plan status shown in the panel; refer to the panel for details. Choose the version for your operating system, follow its installation prompts, then return to the panel to get and import your subscription.
CONNECTION / DIAGNOSTICS
Connections & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot in order: local network, client traffic handling, then app settings. Note the result after each change.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?
Disconnect the proxy and check whether your local network can reach familiar websites. If it can’t, troubleshoot your network connection first. Then restart the client, select a route from an active subscription, and make sure the system proxy or any required traffic-capture feature is enabled. “Connected” usually means the client is running; it doesn’t guarantee that a particular website is reachable. Try another route, then test your browser and the affected app separately to see whether the issue is limited to one program. If the problem persists, save the error message and steps you took, then include them in a support ticket instead of simply saying it doesn’t work.
Why does the proxy work in my browser but not in a particular app?
Apps handle proxy settings differently, so a working browser doesn’t mean the client is routing every program’s traffic. First check whether the app supports the system proxy, then review the client’s routing rules, app exclusions, and current mode. Command-line tools and development environments may need proxy environment variables configured separately. Get the correct address and port from your local client settings rather than copying someone else’s. Restart the app after making changes. When testing, change one setting at a time and note the results. Global mode can help narrow down the issue, but you’ll still need to check which rules are being applied.
What should I do if a subscription update fails or the route list is empty?
Sign in to the user panel and check that your account, plan status, and subscription are in order. Then make sure the subscription address in your client is complete and doesn’t contain spaces or line breaks added during copying. If your current network can’t retrieve the subscription, try again on another available network and check the specific error shown by the client. If your existing configuration still works, keep it for now rather than deleting everything because an update failed. If the client reports an unsupported format, make sure you’re using the right import option for that client. When submitting a support ticket, include the client name, operating system, exact error text, and what happened. Hide credentials in the subscription address in any screenshots.
How do I restore the connection after switching networks or waking my device from sleep?
After a network change or waking your device, the old connection may still be tied to the previous network. Make sure the new network is connected, then disconnect and reconnect in the client. If needed, choose another route and restart the affected app. If another proxy or traffic-capture tool is running, check for conflicts and troubleshoot one setting at a time while keeping your current configuration. Before quitting the client, use its system-proxy reset option if available so your system doesn’t keep pointing to a local service that has stopped. If the issue keeps happening, note the network types before and after the change, your operating system, and what the client does to help support identify the cause.
PERFORMANCE / ROUTING
Speed & Routes
Consider the region, route, and app together. Route labels can help you filter options, but they don’t guarantee a particular experience.
At peak times, how can I tell whether to switch routes or troubleshoot my local network?
First check how widespread the slowdown is. If familiar local services are also slow with the proxy off, check your Wi-Fi signal, network congestion, and background downloads. If the problem only affects one route or destination, compare routes. Keep the same device and app and perform similar actions while testing routes in different regions or route types, changing as few other factors as possible. Video buffering, webpage loading, and file transfers can each reveal different bottlenecks, so one test isn’t enough to judge an entire route. If the issue continues, share the route name, use case, and time it occurred in a support ticket to help narrow it down.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
These labels describe different route setups, not a fixed ranking by speed. A direct route connects your local network to the exit directly; a relay uses an intermediate node; an IEPL route uses a dedicated transmission link. Your experience still depends on your local connection, the destination service, and the route at the time. Start with the region required by your destination, then compare loading, streaming, or playback on your current network. For work, try to keep your setup consistent once you find a suitable route. For streaming, check the platform’s regional policies too rather than judging by the route label alone.
Which regions are available, and why not just choose the geographically closest route?
VPNMH covers 100+ countries / 210+ routes. See the route list in the user panel for current options. Distance is only one factor: your carrier’s routing, intermediate links, and the destination website’s location can all affect performance. Filter by regions supported by the service, then compare real-world access; this is usually more useful than looking at map distance alone. For services where you need to stay signed in, try to avoid switching regions often once you’ve found a suitable one. The network page explains regions and route types, but test a route in your own setup to see if it suits your needs.
Webpages work, but AI streaming or video playback keeps cutting out. How can I troubleshoot it?
A webpage can finish loading and close its connection, while AI streaming and video playback rely on a steadier data flow, so they may behave differently. Pause background transfers and test again without changing routes. Then try another route suited to the destination region and see whether the interruptions change. Check the client’s routing rules, your device’s power-saving settings, and the app’s error messages too. AI account permissions, regional policies, and rate limits can affect AI services; content libraries and account requirements can affect streaming platforms. A network connection doesn’t guarantee that third-party services will be available. For specific errors, see the relevant guides for further troubleshooting.
BILLING / REFUNDS
Billing & Refunds
Check billing terms, data reset rules, and order status before changing plans or requesting a refund.
How much is a monthly plan, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the date your plan started. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Choose a plan based on the apps you use and how often you use them. Data allowances aren’t speed tiers, and unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. After activation, check your current plan and data status in the panel. Reset dates follow your activation date and the panel’s records, not the start of each calendar month by default. Before changing plans, review the options and billing details shown in the panel.
What’s the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?
Data packs: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. Monthly plans reset data each month on the activation date, making them a good fit if you prefer a monthly allowance. Data packs may suit more occasional or variable usage. Compare data allowances and billing terms, not just the upfront price. If you already have a plan and want to switch or combine it with another option, check how the panel will handle your account first. Don’t assume plans can be combined, that data is deducted in the same order, or that one plan converts automatically into another.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn’t update after payment?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan and amount on the order in your panel, then use the payment option provided for that order. Don’t use details from another order. If payment is complete but your plan status hasn’t changed, return to the panel, check the order history, make sure you’re signed in to the account that placed the order, and refresh the status. Don’t create repeated orders or pay again just because the page hasn’t updated. If the issue persists, submit a ticket with the order ID, payment method, and a screenshot of the payment result. Hide unrelated account details, and never send payment passwords, account passwords, or full subscription links.
How do I request a refund, and what should I include in a support ticket?
VPNMH offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. For instructions and the full terms, see the refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the account used for the order and submit a support ticket through the user panel. Clearly state that you’re requesting a refund and include the order ID and payment method for verification. If you’re also having connection issues, describe them to help support review your case, but don’t include passwords or subscription credentials. Follow up in the same ticket and keep your order and payment records together rather than opening multiple threads. Check the panel for updates on your request. Processing and arrival times depend on the payment provider and the outcome of the review.
