Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and return-of-funds principles for VPNMH subscription services. Refund requests are handled through user panel tickets; order records and ticket replies are used to verify requests and track progress.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The deadline is verified against the first successful payment record and the time the refund ticket was submitted. You do not need to prove a connection issue or provide a specific reason.
Changing devices, importing a subscription, or switching routes after your first payment does not change when the refund window begins. Later renewals, upgrades, and additional orders do not automatically restart the first-payment refund window. For requests involving multiple orders, list the orders you want refunded so the ticket can confirm the applicable scope.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire; this validity rule does not extend the refund period or mean that unused balance can be converted to cash at any time.
Normal Use and Dispute Verification
Within the refund window, normal connections, client configuration, and necessary usage checks are not grounds for denying a refund. This policy does not impose an unpublished data deduction rate or automatically convert used data into a refund deduction.
Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the full refund commitment described above. Disputes about usage beyond a plan's allowance, suspected policy violations, or irregularities in payment ownership require verification against the order and related records. An account being flagged as unusual does not, by itself, determine the refund outcome.
If verification affects request handling, the ticket should explain what needs to be confirmed and the basis for the review. Submitting the same order more than once does not result in multiple refunds; refunded amounts will not be paid again. See the Terms of Service for specific usage obligations.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel and go to Submit a Ticket. Clearly state that you are requesting a refund and provide the order number, plan name, payment method, and payment date. If your request involves multiple payments, list them separately to distinguish pending orders from completed ones.
You do not need to provide a reason for a refund request. If the payment status shown for an order differs from the actual charge, you may attach transaction evidence showing the amount, date, and transaction identifier. Redact personal details that are not needed for verification. Do not send account passwords, subscription links, or payment credential keys in a ticket.
After submitting your request, keep the original ticket and add any further information there. Once a refund is confirmed, the service benefits for the corresponding order will be adjusted as part of the refund process. If you still need service from another valid order, explain this before processing to avoid confusion.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
VPNMH supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method, and the refund amount is verified against the actual payment record for the order. The balance shown on a page is not proof that funds have been returned.
Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are returned through the original transaction whenever possible. If a payment provider's restrictions prevent this, the reason must first be explained in the ticket, the recipient's ownership verified, and the handling method confirmed. Funds will not be sent directly to unverified recipient details.
USDT transactions cannot be reversed in the same way as Alipay or WeChat Pay transactions. For an on-chain refund, the original payment record must be verified in the ticket, and the receiving address, network, and amount basis must be confirmed. Any network fees or other payment channel restrictions must be clearly explained and confirmed before processing; no fixed fee or exchange rate is assumed.
Refund Status and Follow-Up
Request submission, verification completion, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate statuses. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment provider processing, account status, and on-chain confirmations. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time that has not been confirmed by the payment provider.
If your ticket shows that a refund has been initiated but the funds have not arrived, first check the transaction history of the original payment account, then ask for an update in the original ticket. You may provide the relevant order and refund records to help with verification; do not assume a refund has failed solely because a notification is missing.
If more information is needed or payment processing encounters an issue, continue the discussion in the original ticket. See the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled. Future changes to this policy will not retroactively reduce refund commitments for orders already covered.
