This policy applies to the VPNMH marketing website and user panel. It explains the data processed to provide subscription services, how that data is used, and the rights users may exercise. Third-party payment pages are subject to the privacy rules of their respective providers.
Account Data and Its Uses
VPNMH does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, and an email address is not required to activate an account. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, login status and subscription entitlements for identity verification, access authorization and account management. Passwords should be stored in a protected verification format and are not used to verify identity with customer support.
When users submit a support ticket, this service processes the issue description, replies and attachments to troubleshoot problems and handle requests. Do not include passwords, sensitive payment credentials or complete subscription links in tickets. If users voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details, these are used only to communicate about the matter they submitted.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Data
VPNMH does not record which websites users visit or store browsing histories, browsing content or DNS query records that could reveal their destinations. This service does not create connection log profiles that link user activity through source addresses, destination addresses and connection times, nor does it use network activity to build advertising profiles.
While a connection is active, the system processes temporary connection status only as needed for routing, authorization and troubleshooting; this status is not retained as a persistent connection log. Account-level traffic usage and subscription status are used for quota accounting and do not include specific destinations. Traffic analytics for the marketing website are handled separately from activity on subscription routes.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral channels and entry-point clicks. They may process information such as pages visited, referring pages, and browser and device categories. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website and do not extend to other websites users visit through international routes.
Cookies, session storage and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Authentication tokens are sensitive and should not be shared. Users can clear this data in their browser; doing so may require them to log in again or reset preferences. Clearing data in the browser does not also delete account or order records.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
This service retains plan selections, order amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers and refund records to deliver entitlements, reconcile payments and resolve transaction disputes. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and information they collect is governed by their own rules.
VPNMH receives the payment results needed to verify orders and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to customer support. Whether on-chain transaction records are public is determined by the relevant network, and deleting a VPNMH account cannot remove them. Data is shared with relevant processors only as needed to deliver or maintain services or handle requests as required by law. Personal data is not sold.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide services or resolve outstanding matters. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only for as long as needed for support, security maintenance and analysis. Order and refund records are retained as required for applicable transaction, financial and dispute-resolution purposes. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no further basis for retention, data is deleted or de-identified.
Users can log in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. We may need to verify account control before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription access and future inquiries; records that must be retained by law will be restricted to the required purposes, and the reason for retention will be explained. Residual data in backups is cleared through normal rotation and is no longer used in day-to-day operations.
Security Measures and Policy Updates
VPNMH uses access controls, necessary transmission protections and operational management to reduce the risk of unauthorized data access. Users should keep their account credentials secure, log out on shared devices and avoid sharing subscription information publicly.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the update month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced through the website or account panel; where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.
