Services and Scope

VPNMH provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration through international routes, supporting access to international websites and related online applications. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Service delivery is based on the subscription details, available routes, and client access provided in the user panel. Before use, confirm compatibility with your devices and local network.

This service provides network connectivity only. It does not provide accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for third-party platforms. Access to a destination service remains subject to its regional policies, account eligibility, and rules of use; activating a plan does not mean a third-party service will necessarily permit access. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use meets applicable requirements.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publicly share your password, subscription link, or import credentials. If you discover a credential leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the situation through a user panel ticket.

This service supports unlimited devices online at the same time and is intended for the account holder’s own devices. The unlimited device allowance does not authorize resale or sharing with others. Renting or transferring accounts, distributing subscription credentials, or repackaging the service as paid access for others is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire. Check the billing method, traffic allowance, and order details before choosing a plan. Full prices are listed on the Plans page.

Requirements for Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions involved in your use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites and applications you access. You may not use this service for unlawful activities, including fraud, distributing illegal content, infringing another person’s intellectual property or privacy, obtaining data without authorization, or disrupting network systems.

You may not use the routes to send spam, distribute malicious software, conduct unauthorized scans or attacks, or abuse network resources through automated requests. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. When addressing related disputes, VPNMH will take necessary measures based on applicable law and verifiable information.

Service Availability and Limits of Liability

Actual connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, and the status of destination services. Third-party platforms may change their regional detection, access policies, or account risk controls. Accordingly, this service does not guarantee that every website, application, or region will always be available, or that connection speeds will remain fixed.

Maintenance, route adjustments, upstream failures, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt the service. VPNMH will investigate and restore affected services within a reasonable scope, and provide relevant information through site announcements or the user panel. If you encounter an issue, submit details about the circumstances and error message. Do not include your password or complete subscription credentials in a ticket.

Liability for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, device failures, or improper configuration will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, nor do they affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases of unlawful use, account resale, sharing with others, resource abuse, or conduct that threatens the security of other users or the network, VPNMH may restrict relevant connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account according to the level of risk. Where there is an urgent security risk, necessary restrictions may be imposed before verification and review.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, submit an explanation and relevant records through a user panel ticket to request a review. The review will take into account the nature of the conduct, its impact, and the findings. Reasonable objections to the service will not, by themselves, be grounds for a restriction.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

These terms may be updated in response to service changes or legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Important changes affecting subscription benefits will be explained through site announcements or the user panel, including their scope and effective arrangements. Existing orders will be handled in accordance with applicable law and commitments already made.
