Coverage includes 100+ countries and 210+ routes. Apps are supported on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Choose a plan based on your actual data needs, not just the number of routes. Check each platform’s regional policies and account requirements separately.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on your destination, route type and actual connection performance. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections each suit different needs; see the route guide for details. If you have connection issues, check your subscription status and client settings first, then try another route to compare. For help, submit a support ticket through your account dashboard with the platform, error message and steps you’ve already tried. VPNMH offers a 7-day refund policy; see the refund policy for how to request one.
Privacy and data collection
VPNMH follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service information is handled with data minimization in mind. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. When submitting a support ticket, do not include your password, full subscription link or access token.
